Howdy! So I moved to Denton last semester but it just so happens that I need to move again because of a change in my work situation.
SO I am looking for a SUBLET for my studio apartment in Denton!

Studio apartment in Denton, Tx with JANUARY RENT PAID. Apartment is fully finished with nice appliances. Apartment building is gated and is newly built (2018). Right next to TWU, 5 minutes from UNT and a couple minutes drive from downtown. Lease is up in July & can be renewed.
Rent: $871 - includes Wifi, Cable, 30$ towards electricity and water is allocated.
Fully furnished including Queen bed, Couch, Media center and 50” TV, comfort chair, two bar chairs, desk and office chair
Appliances: Stove/Oven, Stacked Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Microwave
Only payment would be 50/50 split cost of sublet fee (370$ per person)
