Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment near UNT with a friendly female college student. I've lived here for 2 years and loved every minute, but I'm moving overseas, so sadly, needing someone to take over my lease. The available bedroom is quite large (13.5 ft x 10 ft), so there is lots of space and it has 2 closets for plenty of extra storage. The apartment is 865 square feet with a nice living and dining room which are furnished with my current roommate's furniture, and I always loved having guests over. It has one and a half bathrooms, which is perfect for my roommate and I and any guests. There is lots of storage throughout the apartment. The rent is $580/month for each tenant, which includes water & sewer. The location is also super convenient, with just a 10 minute walk to UNT campus, a 5 minute walk to Frye Street and a 5 minute drive to TWU. Roommate has an adorable, friendly cat, and an additional pet is allowed. The apartment is available for move-in as early as July 17th (July rent would be prorated) with flexibility if needed, and sublease lasts until July 31, 2018.
